Responsive Graphics and New Improved Services for the ISUZU Platform
COMMPLA has developed new responsive graphics for ISUZU, making the platform easier to reach from mobile devices and simplifying the services on offer for its users.
ISUZU’s new platform features 8 different sites with access points to services for information, assistance and consultancy for ISUZU’s network in 8 countries: Italy, Spain, Switzerland France, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia.
With the new responsive technology, ISUZU’s portal automatically adapts to any device, resulting in a more fluid and simple navigation.
Navigation has also been improved with the addition of new elements, such as the pull down menus, which are bigger and easier to read, and the new organisation in macrosections, which enables users to immediately select the vehicles of interest between Pick-up trucks , Trucks and Buses (for portals in France, Spain and Switzerland an SV motors section is also available).
Each macrosection is organised in accordance to models, versions and dimensions; for each model the user can access the specific subsections, such as the dealer, the price list, the outfitter etc.
The full screen photo banner gives the vehicles much better visual impact, leading to a fuller appreciation of the characteristics of each vehicle.
The restyling of the website has also enriched the platform with new functions and utilities, making it simpler and quicker to access already-existing services. In particular, it is now easier to carry out the following operations:
-Access information on ISUZU’s national and international events and on the entire range of vehicles, including the new Pick up D-Max, just launched on the European market.
-Download up-to date catalogues and price lists.
-Request assistance or consultation.
-Find a dealer from the ISUZU network.
Further improvements have also been made to the private area functions, which now provide different and specific services tailored to the type of user, making the platform unique in its kind:
-Private clients or public organisations receive reminders on when to service their vehicles and have a special space reserved to memorize appointments and save content of interest to them.
-Dealers can freely upload news on their events, new arrivals in the showroom and promotions, just like a showroom window.
-Vehicle Oufitters can download the up-to-date information necessary to personalize the ISUZU fleet: such as designs, directives on outfitting, European and national legislation, circulars, and forms to request a nulla osta.
-Reporters can find previews of promotional material dedicated to the press, such as Press kits.
The result is a platform that is more intuitive, functional and easy to navigate, where users can rapidly find the information they need, be it from a computer, or a mobile device.
